A 90 acre greenfield site in Northamptonshire developed as a distribution park. Infrastructure and a new access from A605/A14 was provided to the site. Sales took place to a range of international occupiers including IKEA (600,000 square feet), International Paper (171,000 square feet), Avandero (116,347 square feet) and Morrisons (250,000 square feet).
