Parlison has secured an option to purchase this 3 acre residential site which adjoins the settlement boundary close to the center of the village. The site will provide 21 units, a new cricket pavilion and scout headquarters as part of the community benefit package. The site has been successfully promoted through the Neighborhood Plan process and a planning application is expected to be submitted in 2017.
